Southwinds F10

Southwinds F10 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo located on the 2nd floor. Unit is oceanfront with views of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and blender. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom). The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top and twin on bottom. Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%..

  What a great week at Southwinds in Atlantic Beach! I highly recommend this property management company and location for all your Atlantic Beach vacation needs. We had a great time and loved our time at the beach, the pool and all the great places to eat in Atlantic Beach. I've been coming to Southwinds since I was a kid and it never disappoints. Our accommodations were clean and cozy! We can't wait to come back and will be sure to use Anne Marie and Surfside Realty for all our vacation bookings.

  We love the location and simple layout of this condo. It fits our needs perfectly for the most part. The half size bathroom has a shower that is too small for a normal size adult to use and doesn't get used by us. This leaves one full size shower to be used by the 4 of us. We had issues with the Wifi this time around. Continually had to login to access on my phone and we never established a reliable connection on our other phone. Fortunately we had a perfect week of weather so most of our time was spent enjoying the beach. We will most likely return next year.

  Can't say enough good things about Atlantic Beach, Southwinds, and F10. We have stayed at Southwinds for many years and in different condos. All of them are great. Highly recommend the complex. As a family of 5 F10 has been our favorite condo here. The kids love the bunk bed and the other bed in the room gives them plenty of space too. Love that this unit has a washer and dryer. That always comes in handy. Love that the master has a king size bed and has the extra shower in the master bath. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Hard to beat the view of the beach from patio. One thing to be aware of is that this building does have more steps than some of the others (especially building A which only has 3 steps to get to the 1st floor). That doesn't both us though it's well worth it to get to this great condo.

  My wife and I had a great trip to Atlantic Beach and staying at Southwinds. We spent most of our time either on the deck or down on the beach. It was interesting--we did not turn on the TV at all. Being right on the ocean, we were able to see the beach and hear thee rolling of the waves 24 hours a day. We will definitely be coming back!!

  Great location. Easy access to the beach, Fort Macon, aquarium, fishing pier, and a quick drive to Beaufort. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawback of our week-long stay was that we needed to rinse/wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans before using them. We would absolutely stay here again.

  The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect getaway even with it being a stormy weekend. Very peaceful. One recommendation is that the front door needs weather stripping. We had 25 mile an hour winds and the wind howled around/through the space around the front door. Not something a guest would typically experience but it was loud. We loved our stay.
