Southwinds D2 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit has views of the courtyard, pool, and a slight ocean view. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom) and a DVD player. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a twin trundle bed. Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. 3, 6, and 9 months or monthly rentals are available after Labor Day. Monthly rentals include water, sewer, trash, cable, and partial electric. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

    Everything is clean and up to date. The eating and cooking utensils all match, are of good quality, and are sparkling clean. The kitchen has been completely updated with new appliances, cabinets, and built in microwave. The furniture is clean and up to date. The bathrooms have been updated and are sparkling clean. The whole place is very nicely decorated. This place is on the first floor, so the sand dunes will block your view of the ocean. You can hear and smell the ocean from the deck, and feel the sun on your face. The beach is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the full view of the ocean.
