Southwinds A9 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo located on the 2nd floor. Unit is oceanfront with views of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. Washers and dryers are located in a building beside the oceanfront pool. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom). The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size day bed. Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

    We absolutely loved the location and condo. Best views of the ocean from the balcony. The kids room with palm trees and surfboard headboard was so cute. Having a pool just steps away was perfect.

    We had a great overall experience. We love Southwinds and have stayed in 5 different units over the years. This particular unit had an amazing view, but the furniture on the porch was awful. Please get a high top table and chairs so renters can enjoy a place to put a cup of coffee or glass of wine or some great seafood or read a book while enjoying the amazing view. The unit was clean. It could use an update on the dinnerware and glasses. We only found 1 wine glass, so had to purchase one from Walmart. It was stocked with some games, so we enjoyed taking advantage of that. Surfside Realty is very easy to work with and have never had a problem. Thanks, Surfside!

    We had a great stay at this unit. The location was great with awesome ocean front views. Everything was clean. The unit was well equipped with beach and fishing gear, everything you could need in the kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, and more. Only negative would be the shower. The shower head is very low. At 5'10" standing next to it, it hit my bottom chin/neck. Would recommend switching the shower head to one with a head/handle combo for taller people. That aside it was a great place and location.
